Option 2: The Agreement Review

For couples who’ve already agreed the financial terms and would like them checked and formalised properly.

If you have worked things out together but want a solicitor to review the agreement and put it into legally binding form, this option ensures it is fair, workable and capable of being approved by the court.

I will review your proposed agreement, raise any necessary questions, and prepare the documents required for court approval.
